At Blue Pathways Educational Mentorship Services, we are dedicated to empowering the next generation of leaders by providing youth with the skills and resources they need to succeed. Our programs focus on developing leadership, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship, particularly in the high-demand industries of cleaning, culinary arts, and business development.

Our flagship program, the One Choice Leadership Program, is designed to give youth aged 14-24 the hands-on training and real-world experience they need to thrive. In partnership with Power of the Tongue Tasty Treats Catering and Blue Diamonds Training and Consulting, Inc., we offer tailored training that prepares participants for both employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. From financial literacy and business planning to launching their own ventures, we provide the tools to help youth succeed in today’s competitive job market.

With a focus on both personal and professional growth, we ensure each participant leaves the program with a professional portfolio that showcases their skills, accomplishments, and experiences. Additionally, we offer stipends for youth participants and provide compensation for staff, ensuring that everyone has a meaningful, impactful experience.
