Position Highlights:
- Immediate Start
- Starting Pay: $13/hour (minimum 6-hour shifts)
- Paid Weekly
- Must have own reliable transportation
- Must have flexible availability including weekends and evenings
- ServSafe Certification REQUIRED
- Assisting with food preparation and plating
- Supporting the head chef with setup and breakdown for catering events
- Managing supplies and packaging for RTE (Ready-to-Eat) meals
- Helping promote and market our food at pop-ups and community events
- Being ready to roll—when we go, you go!

Administrative Assistant (In-Office, Part-Time)

Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: In-office (Grand Rapids, MI)
Schedule: At least 3 days per week, part-time hours
Compensation: Starting at $13/hour, paid weekly
Immediate Start Available
Responsibilities Include:
- Managing emails, calls, and appointment scheduling
- Assisting with bookkeeping and invoicing
- Preparing documents, forms, and event-related materials
- Coordinating logistics and communication with vendors, partners, and clients
- Maintaining inventory records and supply orders
- Supporting the executive team with daily operations and special projects
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Eventbrite, Constant Contact, and/or HubSpot a plus
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through
- Reliable transportation to and from our office
- Someone who can keep it professional but still knows how to vibe with the team
