One Choice Leadership Program
Target Audience: Youth ages 14–24, including those aged out of foster care or experiencing homelessness
Program Duration: Flexible – can be delivered as 1-hour sessions, 1-day workshops, 6-week cohorts, or 18-week extended programs to align with Michigan Works Pre-Apprenticeship programs
Program Focus: Workforce training and leadership development for careers in cleaning, hospitality management, culinary arts, and food service.
Program Highlights:
Cleaning & Facility Management – Hands-on training in residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning; focus on safety and efficiency.
Hospitality Management – Fundamentals of customer service, event setup, teamwork, and hospitality operations.

Serve Safe Certification – Industry-recognized food safety certification for career readiness in food service.
